F.A.Q.
In order to download anything from the site, you have to create a free account with our site. Go here and register, then confirm the email address you have entered by clicking on the link inside the email you will receive from us. Then, you can download the files in the limit imposed (see the limits in your User Control Panel).
If you cannot register, see if the problem is here:
1. You have entered a wrong email address.
You can check if that is the case by trying to register another account with a different username, but with the correct email address.
2. You do not get a confirmation email.
This may be due to a lot of reasons. Some include:
- you have written a wrong email address (check higher);
- the email from our site has gotten into your Bulk/Spam folder;
- you have a protection for your email like Bluebottle. The confirmation email is sent automatically, so you should choose another email address.
If you cannot login, follow this steps:
1. Are you registered?
If you are not registered, go to this page and register. Then, check the email address you used for the confirmation email automatically sent by our site to check if your address is real.
If you cannot download files, first check these, in the following order:
1. Are you registered and/or logged in?
If not, please register and/or log in.
2. Is the file you are trying to download approved?
Some of the files may need to be approved (because of the web server security). If this is the case, send an email to the administrator of the site to inform of the issue.
3. Are you coming directly to the download link from another site?
That is called leeching and we do not agree with it. You should search in our database and download the file from our site.
4. Did you reach your account limits?
In order to not overload our servers, all the accounts have download limits imposed on them. You can check your account limits in the User Control Panel, while you are logged in.
For anything else, contact us via our contact page.
As the users may face other difficulties in using the site, we may add more information on this page.
